Dr. Gibson is a board-certified physician executive serving as Chief Health Officer for NCCHC, the national authority on health care in correctional facilities, and as Managing Director for NCCHC Resources, NCCHC's technical assistance consulting arm. He previously served as Clinical Director for the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners where he provided clinical and executive oversight of all non-psychiatric clinical operations. He is a veteran of the United States Army and has been awarded two Meritorious Service Medals for his work while on active duty.
