David Monticalvo MPH is the Project Manager for the Substance Use Warmline (855-300-3595) at the National Clinician Consultation Center, which is HRSA-funded to offer free, confidential, one-on-one teleconsultation on substance use evaluation and management. Mr. Monticalvo began his career as a social worker supporting people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders, including the participants of a mental health court program. The remainder of his career has involved helping populations access to high-quality, individualized health care.
