Dr. Dunlap has a Doctorate Degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. He is a diplomat of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, and a fellow of Correctional Medicine through the American Osteopathic Association. He holds professional certifications in Quality Management and Health Information Management Systems. Dr. Dunlap has 15+ years with CDCR/CCHCS, currently serving as a Deputy Medical Executive at CCHCS in the Quality Management Unit/Patient Safety Program with special focus on data analytics for performance evaluation and process improvement.
