Elicia Stein is a licensed psychologist and chief psychologist for general population at the State Correctional Institution in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. She has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Chestnut Hill College, and did her undergraduate work at Moravian College, where she graduated cum laude with honors in psychology. Her other forensics experience includes working for several county prisons, youth correctional centers, as well as for the Department of Homeland Security and ICE Health Service Corps. She serves on the ethics committee and the psychological testing committee for the PA Department of Corrections.
