Michelle Grimes is a retired police sergeant who served 23 years with the Prince George's County Police Department. After retirement, she began working with Autism FYI Org to help teach first responders how to identify, de-escalate and safely engage persons on the autism spectrum. Michelle earned a B.S. degree in behavioral science, an M.S. in public relations, and an MBA. She is excited to be able to use her education to serve the Autism FYI organization and the public safety community.
