Dr. Carin Kottraba is the Vice President of Mental Health for Wellpath Local Government Division, West. She oversees Mental Health programming and policies as well as Jail-Based Competency Restoration programs. Prior to Wellpath, she was the Chief of Mental Health at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, overseeing Mental Health programs at a few of the California prisons. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and a Dual Ph.D. in clinical psychology and industrial organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
