Dr. Salema currently serves as the Clinical Director of the FCCC, a facility housing adult males civilly committed as Sexually Violent Predators. Within that capacity, she offers clinical supervision to an array of mental health staff, and provides professional support to interdepartmental staff, including security, medical, and operations. Dr. Salema’s professional experiences include working in general correctional and sex offender treatment programs within the state and federal prison systems. Her primary area of clinical focus is the treatment and assessment of adults with problematic sexual behaviors. She is a licensed psychologist in Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
