This poster describes the epidemiology of psychiatric diagnoses among a large, Midwestern justice-involved population as compared to individuals with no history of incarceration. It discusses how these findings compare to national averages, how diagnostic practices may affect these findings, and how aggregated electronic health record data can be used for research and quality improvement in a correctional setting.
