The pandemic brought many changes to correctional health care, including significantly increased use of technology to deliver services. Along with any innovation comes risk. This session will identify and then solve some of the legal nuances specific to the delivery of correctional mental health services through telehealth, including a discussion of best practices going forward in this rapidly developing area of mental health care.
