Ms. Allie Lovell is the Special Program Manager for Diversionary Housing. She began her career in the Virginia Department of Corrections in 2017 as a Casework Counselor, was promoted to Mental Health Group Technician, and in 2019 was promoted to her current position of Special Program Manager for Diversionary Housing. She oversees the Secure Diversionary Treatment Program and Shared Allied Management Units for VADOC. Ms. Lovell holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice from Radford University and a master's in organizational leadership from Colorado State University.
