Ymanni Taylor, MSW, MHP, LICSWA is the Program Clinical Manager for the Reentry Community Services Program (RCSP) with Health Services Reentry through Washington State department of Corrections (WADOC). Ms. Taylor has statewide oversight and ensures DOC is in compliance with related RCW’s in fulfilling the legislative requirement of identifying and transition individuals who meet criteria for inclusion in the program. Prior to joining DOC/RCSP she held a leadership position with a unique outreach-based crisis and stabilization team at Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane whose objective is to stabilize individuals in the community by offering intensive short-term crisis intervention services. She is a decisive leader who has a passion for working with individuals with mental health diagnosis’ and are justice involved.
