Description

Substance abuse can lead to a secondary disorder that can persist even after the primary addiction is treated. This presentation will explore substance-induced depression, anxiety, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorders, as well as common sleep disorders related to drug and alcohol use. Learn about sleep architecture and how it can be altered by many medications, leading to lingering sleep disorders.
