Lois Fegan is the Chief of Restorative & Diversionary Housing for the Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) and has been in this position for more than two years. Her primary duties include include training, data collection, data analyses, compliance and operational oversight, as well as other special projects for the Security Operations unit. She has over 20 years of experience in corrections, including 15 years with the VADOC. Lois has a bachelor's degree from Lebanon Valley College and a master's degree from the University of Baltimore, both in criminal justice. She has been a member of the American Correctional Association for over 15 years.
