During this session, you will be provided an opportunity to look at patient conflicts creatively, remain under emotional control during disagreements, find solutions to potentially difficult situations, and maintain professionalism in any patient encounter. This overview will give you an option on how to tactically communicate with the incarcerated to achieve voluntary compliance while maintaining professionalism, self-control and personal safely.
