This poster shows how facility design and planning can support staff efficiency, ensure safety, reduce harm, and improve access to care. It identifies environmental factors that can reduce anxiety and promote calm within various housing areas and care settings in a correctional facility. It illustrates how design can support integration of services across the continuum of care and promote collaboration to holistically treat patients efficiently.
