Dr. Bill Elliott is a correctional mental health consultant with NCCHC Resources, Inc. With over 50 years of experience in correctional mental health treatment and administration, he has consulted for jail and prison systems across the country and has trained hundreds of mental health professionals on the management and treatment of patients with personality disorders. In addition, Dr. Elliott has overseen the work of mental health professionals at the Federal Bureau of Prisons and two state prison systems. Dr. Elliott is the author of Game Over: Strategies for Managing Inmate Deception and numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts in the area of correctional mental health treatment.
