Dr. Ford is a clinical pharmacist in the Drug Information Center at Diamond Pharmacy Services. He provides services in formulary management, consultation, education, and medication therapy management. He received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, completed a pharmacy practice residency at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA, maintains certification in medication therapy management, and is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist.
