Karen Riley, MBA, BSN, RN, is the Senior Director of Compliance for Centurion, LLC. She began her career as a Navy Nurse Corps officer and then worked as an emergency department director before joining the field of corrections. She has worked in correctional health care for over 12 years. She has worked as a clinical nurse, as a site, regional and field operations leader for state prison systems and as corporate CQI director. She currently assists prison and jail leadership with performance measures and compliance improvement activities. She earned her BSN at Old Dominion University and her MBA at the New York Institute of Technology.
