Dr. Eve Hood-Medland is an internal medicine physician who works at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation as a primary care physician. She completed her residency training at UC Davis Health Systems, where she participated in the TEACH program, which focuses on educating residents to provide well-coordinated, evidence-based, culturally humble primary care to underserved adults. She has completed additional training in medical education, psychiatry for primary care, and comparative outcomes research in primary care.
