She was the HIV specialist for the state of Minnesota Department of Corrections for ten years prior to joining Gilead Sciences in 2018 as a Corrections Principal Medical Scientist. Dr. Prosser was inducted as a fellow in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2015.
