Dr. Rebecca Ballard Lubelczyk has been taking care of incarcerated individuals for over 20 years and is now the national utilization management medical director for Centurion. In addition to seeing patients, she reviews the off-site referral process, develops systems to make the referral process more efficient, strives to maximize telehealth resources, and educates providers on current, evidence-based management of patients' conditions. She is a board-certified internist, a fellow of the American College of Correctional Physicians (ACCP), and a CCHP-P. Dr. Ballard Lubelczyk is the editor of ACCP's, CorrDocs and a recipient of their highest award, the Armond Start Award of Excellence in Correctional Medicine.
