Mr. Bill Boylan has over 7 years in corrections. He began his career with the Nashville Metro Health Department, where he provided care for the city's homeless population. He then came to Wellpath and worked as a provider in the Davidson County Jail. After working in a walk-in clinic in the community, he returned to Wellpath as a continuous quality improvement manager. In 2018, he became the regional clinical provider specializing in hepatitis C. Via telemedicine, he provides synchronous direct care and clinical decision support. Mr. Boylan creates and maintains hepatitis C disease registries for cohorts of patients, and also chairs multiple hepatitis C committees across all Wellpath business lines.
