Ms. Nancy Chia is a clinical pharmacy specialist in the Diamond Pharmacy Services Drug Information Center. Ms. Chia joined Diamond in 2021 after completing her post-graduate year one pharmacy residency at a federally qualified health center. Ms. Chia brought with her experience and knowledge in comprehensive medication review, disease state education and management, medication access programs (utilizing 340B and patient assistance programs), policy and procedure development, and implementing new clinical pharmacy services. Ms. Chia also completed a teaching and learning certificate program where she gained various teaching experiences, including large and small group lectures, assessment grading, and clinical precepting. Her experience working with a diverse patient population allowed her to hone her clinical knowledge. Her desire to serve and advocate for patients drives her to become a better pharmacist.
