Dr. Nicketa Coombs, graduated with a Ph. in Psychology in Spring, 2021. Her research expertise is in social justice. Her dissertation research examines the effect of embedding components of an intervention that assess cultural humility in an attempt to improve social climate, sense of belonging, and relationships. She is excited to share innovative, culturally responsive strategies and anti-racist practices to improve outcomes within mental health service delivery for this population.
