Ms. Josephine (Josie) Cullen is a project officer in the Clinical Improvement Unit at Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network, New South Wales, Australia. Ms. Cullen is experienced in project management, following clinical redesign methodology and accelerated implementation methodology. Previously working in research ethics and governance and community health and case management in the non-government organization sector, she is passionate about evidence-based public health, improving continuity of health care, and equitable, accessible service provision to prevent patients falling through the gaps.
