Janine Gillispie received her B.S. in Business Administration, with a healthcare management major, and a B.S. in Human Resources from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. She completed her MSA with a health services concentration from Central Michigan University. Janine is the Health Services Contract Manager at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, where she reviews the deliverables of the health contract ensuring all performance indicators and contract specifications are being met. She has a background in healthcare billing & collections and healthcare receivable analysis.
