Mr. David Jablonski is a strategic consultant for the University of New Mexico Health Sciences' Project Echo Program in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Jablonski's primary focus has been expanding the Peer Education Initiative and hepatitis C treatment programs on both a national and international corrections stage. Prior to joining Project Echo, he was cabinet secretary for the New Mexico Corrections Department (NMCD) for almost three years. In addition, Mr. Jablonski was deputy superintendent at the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, and was the Governor's public safety cabinet director from 2011 to 2015. Most of his public service was in the NMCD, where he has held positions such as probation/parole division director, deputy director parole operations, regional manager, district supervisor, and probation/parole officer. Mr. Jablonski is a distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force where he served during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. After receiving his honorable discharge, he attended the University of New Mexico and received his BA in criminal justice with a minor in political science in 1994.
