Mr. Knippen and his team of telehealth professionals are responsible for the management of telehealth services in 14 states. On average, 15,000 telehealth appointments are completed each month. Mr. Knippen has worked in the field of corrections since 1995. In 2010, Mr. Knippen was hired by MHM (now Centurion) to serve as the Michigan program manager. In 2016, Mr. Knippen was appointed the director for telehealth systems development. Mr. Knippen obtained his master's degree in business administration from the University of Findlay and his bachelor's degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University.
