Rose Lougheed is the A/Director of Clinical and Corporate Governance at Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network and a University Associate within the Tasmanian School of Medicine at the University of Tasmania. She has 16 years' experience in custodial health. She is a registered nurse, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has post graduate qualifications in health service management and project management. Rose was the first student to graduate from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Healthcare Redesign in 2021.  Rose is an active member of the Institute of Management and Leadership and the International Corrections and Prisons Association.
