Ms. Sue Smith is retired from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, where she was a correctional staff nurse, nurse administrator, and nurse educator for 20 years. She continues to contribute to correctional nursing by presenting at NCCHC conferences, contributing to the Essentials of Correctional Nursing, and the Scope and Standards of Correctional Nursing Practice, as well as serving as a member of the NCCHC Nurse Advisory Council.
