Dr. Lashonda Williams received her Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina. She helps nonprofits, government agencies, and organizations that receive private and federal funding strategically implement their programs and initiatives with scientific vigor. She is passionate about empowering the community with programs, skills, and knowledge to improve health. Dr. Williams has been instrumental in implementing, evaluating, and disseminating programs to reduce health disparities. She has worked as a principal investigator, evaluator, and research scientist. Dr. Williams is currently the data to care and prison data and evaluation coordinator at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
