Christen Stroh is a learning and development professional who has worked in training and organizational development since 2010. She spent the first six years of her career working in the higher education sector, focusing on course design and curriculum development as well as faculty development opportunities. After transitioning to the health care sector, Ms. Stroh's work has focused not only on creating best-in-class content, but also on project management; leading and managing a training team; and building, implementing, and managing training programs.
