Rich VandenHuevel has worked in community based behavioral health for 30 years as a clinician and leader. His experience includes the behavioral health treatment services for mental health and substance use disorders including work with individuals on probation and reentering from correctional systems. For the past seven years, Mr. VandenHeuvel has worked with county and state correctional systems around the implementation of evidence based behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, including Medication Assisted Treatment. He is working with multiple state Departments of Corrections, as well as over 40 jails.
