Jessica Norton LCMHC, MLADC is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who serves as the Director of Substance Use Disorder Programming at Primecare Medical, Inc. She has over a decade of focused work with justice-involved populations implementing behavioral health interventions for both mental health and substance use. She has extensive experience in the development and expansion of programs to offer Medications for Opioid Use Disorder to incarcerated individuals.
