Ms. Natalie Ragsdale is a nurse leader with nearly 15 years of clinical and correctional health care experience. She began her career in a Level I trauma center before serving as a nurse practitioner in a detention setting. She currently serves as Health Services Education, Training, and Compliance Manager, where she focuses on staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. Ms. Ragsdale earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Clemson University and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. She is passionate about standardizing and improving health care delivery within detention facilities.
