Dr. Gregory Ladele is a Chief Medical Officer with an extensive background in Clinical Operations, which has allowed him to lead innovative strategies within this industry over the past decade. His educational background includes undergrad at Morehouse College, MBA from TSU, medical school at UMDNJ, and residency at OSU with Board Certification in Family Medicine. He has continued in his passion for leadership development with the "Leading Your Intergenerational Workforce Today to Become Successful Leaders of Tomorrow" lecture and his yearly series on "Clinical Pearls Within the Walls" that he's presented at previous NCCHC conferences.
