San Bernardino County coalition partners transformed their services into a comprehensive medication assisted therapy (MAT) and behavioral health program that has been integrated into current individualized patient care without external funding. Despite the difficulties presented and challenges faced, the future trajectory of the program presented in this poster is positive.
