Mr. Theresa Barwell began her career with the state of Wisconsin as a limited-term employee as a stock clerk in the commissary of Winnebago Mental Health Institution. She was hired as a permanent employee at WMHI as a Resident Care Technician in April of 1994. She received a promotion to Psychiatric Care Technician in June of 1996. In November 2001, she became an Institution Complaint Examiner and was promoted to Psychiatric Care Supervisor in November 2012. In November 2017, Ms. Theresa was promoted to the position she currently hold as an Institution Unit Supervisor.
