Ms. Jessica Pleasant is one of two regional infection control nurses for Centurion of Kansas. She has 20 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse with five in corrections. Ms. Pleasant has a Master of Professional Studies with a concentration in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. Ms. Pleasant loves writing policy and implementing new processes that streamline organizational efficiency as well as creating content for training and development. She has collaborated with the Kansas regional medical director in creating a policy and procedure for incorporating hepatitis B screening and treatment into Kansas correctional facilities this year.
