Ms. Teresa Russell serves as the Director of Criminal Justice and Outreach Services for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) in Dayton Ohio. With 20+ years of experience in community behavioral health and criminal justice, Ms. Russell has successfully implemented several innovative programs and serves as both advisory board member and roundtable representative for most criminal justice taskforces within Montgomery County and around Ohio. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wright State University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University. Ms. Russell currently offers consulting for assessment and development of criminal justice programming through TR Justice Solutions.
