Ms. Erica Soto is a CCHP certified registered nurse. She provided patient health care for over ten years in a secure mental health treatment center at Wisconsin Resource Center. She has precepted seven nursing students during their mental health clinical rotations at Wisconsin Resource Center and is currently teaching mental health with Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She has published “How Creating a Mission, Vision, and Values Statement Can Inspire Your Health Staff “and earned a BSN and MSN from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
