Dr. Katherine Wright is a second-year psychiatry resident at the University of Connecticut. She has a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Montana State University and was awarded an Honors Baccalaureate with Distinction. She graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine with an Osteopathic Medical Doctorate. Dr. Wright is currently involved in a quality improvement project aimed at improving compliance with regulatory guidelines in the inpatient psychiatry unit. She has volunteered as a crisis counselor on the Crisis Text Line and as an advocate for survivors of interpersonal violence.
