Mr. Ben Rice is a correctional consultant, attorney, and Senior Expert for Falcon, LLC. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, he advises correctional agencies on operational improvement, risk management, and system reform. His career includes leadership roles with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the California Governor’s Office, and a national health care organization. Mr. Rice has extensive experience overseeing complex litigation, correctional policy, and organizational strategy. He now works with sheriffs, commissioners, and correctional leaders to enhance jail and prison operations across the country.
