The Daily Whiteboard Huddle aims to facilitate interdisciplinary team discussions on patient care, promptly identifying changes in patients' conditions and implementing necessary interventions. This practice enhances communication within the team, fostering a more patient-centered care plan. Team huddles can also boost morale by promoting a sense of ownership and accountability, which may positively impact retention rates. This study indicates that regular, standardized team huddles involving the interdisciplinary team lead to improved patient outcomes.
