Dr. Raymond Herr is a correctional care consultant. Dr. Herr has been working in corrections for more than 25 years. He has been the chief medical officer of two national correctional health care companies. He has been the on-site medical director in several county jails and worked as a staff physician in several state and federal prisons. Dr. Herr is board certified in preventive medicine and addiction medicine. His primary areas of interest within correctional medicine are patient safety and improving health outcomes.
