Diana Ohaus graduated from Rutgers University with a BSN. She has been an ICU nurse with education, managerial and correctional experience. She began her correctional experience as a DON and became the HSA. Her role is to assist the Senior Director of Clinical Training in designing, conducting, and evaluating nursing educational programs, in-services, and other associated activities. She works with a variety of staff in facilities, training and educating to provide staff with the tools they need to deliver excellent health care to our patients.  Ms. Ohaus' role focuses on monitoring and assisting in nursing training practices to promote nursing education and best practice while maintaining compliance with company policies. She is a CCHP-RN and is currently working on achieving her Master's degree in leadership.
