Mr. Ken Carabello has 30 years’ experience as a forensic social worker and clinical executive. As senior vice president of Liberty Healthcare Corp., he oversees development and operations of multistate forensic and correctional behavioral health contracts, including correctional mental health, jail-based restoration of competency, conditional release programs, and specialized secure and community-based residential treatment facilities. Ken has served four terms as president of the Forensic Mental Health Association of California.
