Laurel Domanski Diaz is the Administrator for Correctional Medicine for MetroHealth at the Cuyahoga County Jail in Cleveland, OH. She has been in this role for 4 years. During that time she led the efforts for the overhaul of the medical, behavioral health and substance use disorder programs in the Jail, achieving full compliance with all state jail standards and accreditation with NCCHC. Prior to this role, she worked for 20 years in community health at a federally qualified health center and a free clinic. She holds her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Dayton and her Master Degree in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University.
