Establishing staffing plans in the correctional setting can be challenging. The responsible health authority is faced with financial constraints and staffing shortages while attempting to appropriately staff for clinical program needs. This presentation will address the tasks assigned to the RHA per the NCCHC standards, the performance expectations of the RHA in completing all clinical program requirements, and the tasks of nursing and provider staff in these processes.
