Description
This talk reviews the most common and the most problematic medications in use to provide guidance on determining medical necessity and efficacy, with a focus on risk vs. benefit. Medications reviewed include NSAIDS, opiates, Neurontin, Seroquel, Wellbutrin, and benzodiazepines, with special consideration given to developing reasonable and defensible prescribing practices.
